Leroy Somer offers students the opportunity to discover the professional world of industry and and acquire experience whilst training.

Over the last 10 years, 5000 young people have participated in these training courses.
They are intended for young people from the BEP to engineering students.

These training courses must form part of an agreement between Leroy-Somer and the school of the student.
